INDIVIDUAL ORDERS: If
you do not want to wait for a group order ... or if there are less
than 12 items in an order ... Varsity has a $20 setup fee for under
12 items in an order. (This $20 fee is for the total order, not per
item in the order.) Same info as below. If you wish to go to
Varsity & place your order on your own - identify yourself as a BBSC
club member.

planned at this time - Dec.12, 2006)
GROUP ORDERS:
With 12 items together - we can place our order with
Varsity, and there is no setup fee.
The club secretary will hold check orders until there are 12 items,
then send them all together to Varsity.
Turnaround time by Varsity Sport is approximately 2 weeks -
UNLESS
-
Varsity Sport has to back order, then a back ordered item can take
up to an additional 4 weeks. Remember - it can take additional time
on top of this, to get a group of BBSC members together to meet the
12 item quota for the $20 discount.
Payment is due upon placing your order. The club secretary will
call members when the order is in. She will deliver at the
following club meeting - or - may arrange with her for quicker
pickup. Send your group orders and check made out to "VARSITY
